1) PRIZE DRAWING. Enter to win an amazing trip to Las Vegas from Count’s Kustoms. Drawing is sponsored by Count’s Kustoms, Count’s Tattoo Co., and Count’s Vamp’d.

Prize will include:
a) Airfare for 2 to Las Vegas, NV (not to exceed $500 per person)
b) 2 Nights at the Rio All-Suites Resort & Casino Las Vegas
c) $200 store credit at Count’s Tattoos (located at the RIO)
d) $100 Bar Tab at Vamp’d.
e) Count’s Kustoms Shop Tour with Meet and Greet with “The Count”*
Approximate retail value of each prize is $2500. A total of 2 prizes per year will be awarded. Limit one (1) prize per person.
*Meet and Greet timing of dates with “The Count” to be based on his availability.
2) CONTEST DATES. Contest begins January 1st at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Daylight Time and ends December 31st at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Standard Time. The First drawing of the year 2013 will be held on June 15th, 2013. Second drawing will be held on the 15th of January 2014 Eligibility dates for each drawing will begin the 1st date of the first month of January and June and end on the last date of May 31st and December 31st 2013.
3) HOW TO ENTER. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO WIN. Purchasing will not increase your odds of winning. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. There are two (2) ways to enter:

a) AUTOMATIC ONLINE ENTRY: You will be automatically entered into the May 31st and December 31st drawing to win if you purchase a membership with Count’s Friends at www.countskustoms.com online at any time between 12:01 a.m. on January 1st to May 31st 2013 and June 1st to December 31st 2013. Each membership is maintained (all 6 months) automatically enters member into the drawing. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an online purchaser, the person who paid for the goods to ship will be deemed to be the entrant. Submitting mass entries or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices is prohibited and will result in such entries being deemed ineligible.

b) NO PURCHASE ENTRY. You may enter the drawing by mailing a 3x5 card with your name, address, valid email address and phone number along with a 3x5 picture of you with your favorite classic car (picture will not be returned) to: 2714 S. Highland Dr. Las Vegas, NV 89109. All entries must be post marked after 12:01 a.m. on April 15th, 2013 and received by Sponsor before 11:59 p.m. on May 31st, 2013. Second Drawing All entries must be post marked after 12:01 a.m. on October 15th, 2013 and received by Sponsor before 11:59 p.m. on November 30th, 2013.
Entries received that do not comply with one of the two (2) entry methods listed above will be deemed ineligible. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

4) CONDITIONS OF ENTRY. Drawing open to legal residents of the United States, who are eighteen (18) years or older. Employees of Sponsor or any of its affiliated companies, their immediate families (spouses, parents, children, sibling or their respective spouses), and those living in the same household are ineligible. In the event that Households submit more than one (1) entry, any additional entries will be deemed ineligible. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, for problems related to any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the drawing, for any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of the entries, for any human error, for any interruption, deletion, omission, defect, or line failure of any telephone network or electronic transmission, for problems relating to computer equipment, software, inability to access any Web site or on-line service, for any other technical or non-technical error or malfunction or entries not received by the specified deadline for whatever reason. Illegible or incomplete entries will be disqualified. Entries based on a quote in which false, fraudulent or incorrect information was provided to obtain the quote will be disqualified. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. This Drawing is void where prohibited or restricted; and further cannot be entered where commercially-sponsored Drawings or promotions such as this Drawing are prohibited. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void in the province of Quebec Canada and void where prohibited.

5) CONDITIONS OF WINNING. One (1) winner will be selected at random by Sponsor from all eligible entries received. Winners will be notified within 48 hours of drawing in-person or by mail, phone or email. If a selected winner is not responsive to the prize notification, or the notification is undeliverable or unclaimed, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner to be selected at random from eligible entries at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winner will be required to pick up prize in person, and provide picture identification to confirm their identity. By accepting a prize, Winner grants Sponsor permission for the use of his/her name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation (except where prohibited) and may be required to execute a release authorizing the same. Winners may be required to sign a Prize Acceptance Affidavit prior to receiving the prize. Refusal to sign a Prize Acceptance Affidavit may render the winner ineligible for receipt of the prize. All federal, state and local taxes are winner’s sole responsibility. All costs associated with accepting, redeeming and using the prize are the responsibility of the winner, including but not limited to gratuity, room service, resort fees, upgrades (if available) or ground transportation. Airfare is limited to the continental United States. Airfare is limited to $1000 ($500 per person). Any additional cost from the Airline to be bore by the winner. Insurance is not included. No transfer, assignment, cash redemption or substitution of prizes except by Sponsor due to prize unavailability and then for a prize of equal or greater value. If the prize is not used within the time allotted, the prize will have been deemed used and Winner will not be entitled to any compensation.

6) MODIFICATION; WAIVER. Sponsor reserves the right to change any of these rules or discontinue this contest entirely without advance notice. Sponsor may interpret or waive any of these rules in its sole discretion, and all decisions made by the Sponsor are final. By entering and participating you fully and unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor which shall be final. By entering, you also agree to waive any right to claim ambiguity or error in these Official Rules or in the Drawing itself. Certain other restrictions may apply.

7) GENERAL RELEASE AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION. ALL PRIZES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND THE SPONSOR HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND/OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. By participating in the contest and redeeming a prize, the winner hereby releases and agrees to hold the Sponsor harmless from and against any and all costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including, without limitation, personal property, death and bodily injury, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to participation in any prize-related activities, or the receipt, use or misuse of any prize. DATA COLLECTION. By entering this Drawing, entrants agree to have their entry information made available to Sponsor. The information collected is subject to the Privacy Policy, available at http://www.countskustoms.com. For a copy of the rules, or where required by law, a list of winners, mail a written request with a stamped, self-addressed return envelope to the Marketing Department at Sponsor’s address, listed below.
